Bro Frank Maccarino who is an Elder in our church preaches each Saturday at the White-ville Correctional Facility located in White ville, TN. His dedication and love for this ministry is in its seventh year. He also serves as one of the assistant Chaplains.
Bro Charles Foster is also an elder in our church and accompanies Bro. Frank each Saturday morning to the White ville Correctional Facility.
Bro Jack Ray is a lay minister and has recently joined these two men of God preaching the Word. Bro. Ray, Bro. Frank, and Bro. Charles take turns preaching at the facility.
In these Chapel services men of different races and different religions attend. The ministers from Raleigh Springs Baptist church care for the souls of each man to whom they minister.

Whiteville Correctional Facility (WCFA) is a time-building institution with a security designation of medium. WCFA is managed by Corrections Corporation of America, a private corrections management firm. The facility offers cognitive-behavioral residential substance abuse programs. Other programs include anger management, life skills, family counseling, and pre-release counseling. Academic programs include GED, Adult Basic Education, and English as a Second Language. Vocational programs include building trades, carpentry, Career Management of Success (CMS), computer applications, electrical, masonry, and small engine repair.
